I am most impressed with the customer service after the courrier lost my original order and I very quickly received a replacement order (and many apoligies!) whilst the lost package was investigated by James & Co. I love their Lime and Basil fragrance for my home after noting it in the reception of a spa at a hotel we visited a year or so ago.
It's refreshing to find a company prepared to take responsibility and put their customer's experience first. Top of the class James & Co!
