Before we close off 2023, we wanted to have a look back at all we have achieved over the last year. 2023 has been a great year for James & Co. We have opened up to social media, worked with different influencers and brands and even brought out new products! We could not have made all these massive improvements without our amazing customers, so we also want to say a huge thank you.
Starting 2023 off strong James & Co wanted to take a huge leap into social media. We are sure many small businesses can relate that the social media world can be so daunting. Knowing that our customers love our personal content from our James & Co team. we wanted to build our online presence all on our own. We are now on all social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, twitter, TikTok and many more! We have spent lots of time planning content, brainstorming ideas, and analysing what is and isn’t working. We wanted to bring you content that you loved to see. After taking advice from anywhere we could, we have now got a strong social media presence that we want to keep growing every single day.
We soon learnt the world of influencing is the way to go! We have worked with so many creative influencers this year that have helped us bring more awareness to James & Co. We have loved seeing the different content the influencers come up with and hearing their true opinions on the products. We hope to work with even more influencers in 2024, so keep a look out!
We then started brainstorming ideas for brand new products! This can take some time to ensure the products we put out are perfect and are going to be loved by our customers. We started it off strong by bringing out 200ml refills in the much-loved fragrances Pomegranate Noir and Calm. These are absolutely flying, and we are so glad you are loving them. We then brought out our No.1 White potpourri. No.1 White has been our best-selling fragrance since the beginning, it is loved by every customer with its fresh, subtle fragrance, mirroring the likes of The White Company (But at a much more reasonable price!). We have candles, diffusers and room sprays in the No.1 White fragrance, so it only seemed right to bring it out in potpourri. Lastly, something exciting to look out for in 2024 is brand new room sprays. We have been working hard behind closed doors to bring some new room sprays in your favourite fragrances, and they are so nearly finished! Keep a look out on our socials and emails to ensure you do not miss the launch.
We can not forget to mention the amazing companies we have worked with in 2023. We have and are currently working with our all-time favourite local restaurant, The Clock Spire. We have been providing them with our James & Co products that they can use in their gorgeous hampers, and we hope to continue to provide them with James & Co in 2024, we absolutely love working with local companies! We also just recently worked with the amazing Motion Nutrition who included our Sleep Diffusers in their Sleep bundles and giveaway. We were also featured in the Country Living magazine!
Finally, to close of the year, we collaborated with some amazing local companies to bring you some fun giveaways as we counted down to Christmas. We partnered with the gorgeous Beauty and Blend salon in Shaftsbury, Kim’s Kitchen based in Gillingham and Harts based in Sturminster Newton!
